Orders are processed within 3-4 days of receiving payment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please wait 3 days and check with neighbors. After that, contact us to file a claim.

Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please use a secure shipping address or a locker pickup point.

Damaged goods: Please photograph the box and product before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
8. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us at maddibutt098@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Address changes after shipping may incur a redirect fee charged by the carrier.
